How to order?
If you want to buy or swap an article from the market space, please refer the order code as seen in the top line of the item description and contact me through the contact form.
Once I have received your order you will be sent a quote with the shipping costs immediately. Then you may decide whether you want to proceed with the order and how you prefer to pay.
Most of the articles in the market space are only available once. If the same article is mistakenly sold twice, the first buyer receives the contract. I always try to keep the list up to date.
How to pay?
Orders that need to be shipped must be paid for in advance.
You can either pay by bank transfer in Swiss Francs or Euros (please make sure that the bank transfer costs are covered by yourself "Our Cost")
or by PayPal (in Swiss Francs, Euro, U.S. Dollar or British Pound).
Shipping
Shipping within Switzerland is sent 2nd mail to keep the costs low.
- Shipping abroad is sent by Swiss Post. The Parcels are not insured; transportation at your own risk!
- Optional it is possible to send to european Countries with "Tracking" (+ 5.00CHF) and/or by "Signature" (+ 6.00 CHF)
Shipping within Europe usually takes 5-14 working days.
You will not be charged any packaging costs.
- As of January 1, 2020, the Universal Postal Union (UPU) and the International Post Corporation (IPC) changed the conditions for sending goods abroad. The shipment of goods must be electronically registered in advance to the country of destination (Electronic Advance Data - EAD for short). For this form I need the full address, an email address and a phone number of the recipient. If you do not want to give us this data, unfortunately we cannot make a delivery.
Please consider that shipping abroad may cause import taxes and/or duties. I will not be held responsible for these costs. The consignee (importer) pays these costs himself.
